“The Easy” – Frequently Asked Questions

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is “The Easy?”
Beginning June 5, 2015, we are enhancing and improving our technology in order to better serve our customers.

When will this take place?
The process will begin the evening of Thursday, June 4th and final enhancements completed the morning of Monday, June 8th.

Who do I call during this process if I have questions?
Our branches will be open normal business hours Friday, June 5th as well at Saturday, June 6th. We will also be available to help you with any questions until 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Sunday by calling 615‐443‐1411.

DEPOSIT ACCOUNTS

Will my checking, savings, money market or CD account numbers stay the same?
Yes, all deposit account numbers will remain the same.

What changes will I see in my statements?

Personal Checking statements – May transaction statements will be sent June 4th. All statements going forward will be sent on the 9th of each month starting in July. 

All Business Checking, Money Market and Savings Accounts will receive their regular month end statements printed May 29th. An extra statement will be sent out on June 4th for dates May 29th – June 4th. Regular month end statements will print June 30th, and the end of every month going forward.

LOANS

Will my loan number change?
Yes, your loan number will change.

Can I still use my coupon book?
Yes, if you have a coupon book that you use for your loan payment, you can continue to use it.

Will I still receive a monthly statement?
Yes, if you receive a monthly loan statement now, you will continue to receive one.

Will my due date, payment amount and auto draft stay the same?
Yes, your due date, payment amount and auto draft will remain the same.

DEBIT/ATM CARDS

Will I be able to use my debit card or ATM card the weekend of June 5th?
Yes, you can continue to use your debit/ATM cards as usual. Your card and card number will remain the same until your current card expires.

PERSONAL ONLINE BANKING

How will this affect my Personal Online Banking?
The balances and transactions that you will see on the evening of Thursday, June 4th will be the same throughout the weekend. Any transactions made after June 4th will be available for viewing on Monday, June 8th.

Will my user name and password change for Online Banking?
Your user name will remain the same, however, the morning of Monday, June 8th, your password will default to your user name + the last 4 digits of your social security number:

EXAMPLE:
Current user name: ab1234
Default password: ab12341234

Once you have entered the Default password, you will be prompted to change your password to one you choose.

What if I need to make a transfer from one account to the other from June 5th through the morning of June 8th?
Call one of the bank branches during regular business hours or during our extended phone hours. We will be happy to make those transfers for you.

BUSINESS ONLINE BANKING

How will this affect my Business Online Banking?
The balances and transactions that you will see on the evening of Thursday, June 4th will be the same throughout the weekend. Any transactions made after June 4th will be available for viewing on Monday, June 8th. 

Will my user name and password change for Online Banking?
Your user name will remain the same, however, the morning of Monday, June 8th, your password will default to your user name + the last 4 digits of your tax ID.

EXAMPLE:
Current user name: acustomer
Default password: acustomer1234

Once you have entered the Default password, you will be prompted to change your password to one you choose.

What if I need to make a transfer from one account to the other from June 5th through the morning of June 8th?
Call one of the bank branches during regular business hours or during our extended phone hours. We will be happy to make those transfers for you.

BILL PAY

How will this affect using Bill Pay through Online Banking?
The Bill Payment option will be unavailable starting May 29th and should resume June 8th. Any payments you have scheduled through June 4th will be paid as usual. If you have payments scheduled to process between June 5th – June 7th, they will process on June 8th.

Will I need to re‐enter my bill payee information?
For your convenience, all bill payee information will transfer over.

MOBILE BANKING

Will my Mobile Banking change?
Mobile Banking is going to be more user friendly with several enhancements. Due to this change, there will be a new application that can be easily downloaded.

How do I enroll or re‐enroll in Mobile Banking?
We highly recommend that if you use both Online Banking and Mobile Banking, you go through your Online Banking to set up Mobile Banking. This way, your user name and passwords will be the same for both.

What if I don’t use Online Banking but only Mobile Banking?
You will be able to download the new application starting Wednesday, June 10th. Look in your app store for:

Will Telephone Banker change?
Throughout the weekend of June 5th, Telephone Banker will only be able to give balances and transactions as of close of business June 4th.

Will I be able to make transfers with Telephone Banker the weekend of June 5th?
You will be able to make transfers beginning Monday, June 8th.

Will my password change for Telephone Banker?
On June 8th, when you call Telephone Banker, your password will default to the last 4 digits of your social security number. You will then be prompted to change your password to 4 digits that you prefer.

Who do I call during this process if I have questions?
