Response to Coronavirus: Simply Staying Safe

We want you to know that we continue to monitor the spread of the COVID-19 virus and its impact on our employees, customers and communities.  The health and welfare of these important constituencies is our number one priority.  Remaining informed from the CDC, WHO, state and local health agencies, and the Tennessee Bankers Association are some of the ways we make safe and informed decisions.

Our operations have not been impacted and all branches remain fully functional with regular hours.  Of the many procedures to help with prevention, social distancing is an important method of staying healthy.  Many businesses around the country and our community are beginning to make adjustments to their normal ways of serving their customers in an effort to reduce the likelihood of the spread of the virus.

In the event we find it necessary to alter our branch operations, please know that your CedarStone Bank family is prepared to continue to serve you.  Our detailed Business Continuity and Pandemic Plan prepares us for any possibility.

In order to help you be prepared as well, we encourage you to take full advantage of our electronic services:

  • Online banking

  • Practice social distancing and stay away from crowds larger than ten people
  • Sneeze and cough into a tissue or your elbow

We will continue to keep you informed and please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.
