Drive-Thru Service Only Beginning Friday, March 20, 2020, At All Locations

Protecting the health of our customers, employees and communities has been our most important priority as we address the COVID-19 virus.  Since our last communication to you, and as we continue to closely monitor and assess the situation, circumstances continue to change rapidly.  Social distancing has been determined to be the preferred method for mitigating the spread of the virus. This now warrants the need for us to offer our services via our drive-thru windows, effective Friday, March 20, 2020, until further notice. The procedures at our Nashville office will be somewhat different.  Appropriate instructions will be provided upon your arrival.

We remain committed to meeting your banking needs and encourage you to utilize any of the following methods:

  • Online Banking
  • Mobile Banking
  • Mobile Deposits
  • Telephone Banking (888) 730-7483

Contact your local banker to schedule an appointment for services such as:

  • Opening a new account
  • Questions regarding loans
  • Accessing your safe deposit box

We appreciate your cooperation as we all work together to promote safety and good health.

Response to Coronavirus: Simply Staying Safe

We want you to know that we continue to monitor the spread of the COVID-19 virus and its impact on our employees, customers and communities.  The health and welfare of these important constituencies is our number one priority.  Remaining informed from the CDC, WHO, state and local health agencies, and the Tennessee Bankers Association are some of the ways we make safe and informed decisions.

Our operations have not been impacted and all branches remain fully functional with regular hours.  Of the many procedures to help with prevention, social distancing is an important method of staying healthy.  Many businesses around the country and our community are beginning to make adjustments to their normal ways of serving their customers in an effort to reduce the likelihood of the spread of the virus.

In the event we find it necessary to alter our branch operations, please know that your CedarStone Bank family is prepared to continue to serve you.  Our detailed Business Continuity and Pandemic Plan prepares us for any possibility.

In order to help you be prepared as well, we encourage you to take full advantage of our electronic services:

  • Online banking
  • Mobile banking
  • Mobile deposits
  • Telephone banking

If you have not yet enrolled in our online banking, please click here to enroll.

Also, take the time to download the mobile banking app

If you have these services but are not a regular user, we recommend that you take the time to log in/sign on to verify you are able to access with ease. If you have problems accessing your account(s), please contact your local branch:

     Lebanon: (615) 443-1411

     Mt. Juliet: (615) 754-1411

     Nashville: (615) 874-1444

Just as we do regularly with our employees, we remind you of those important steps to take to help reduce the spread of the virus, such as:

  • Washing of hands regularly
  • Use of hand sanitizer regularly
  • Practice social distancing and stay away from crowds larger than ten people
  • Sneeze and cough into a tissue or your elbow

We will continue to keep you informed and please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.

We wish you continued safety and wellness.

COVID-19

In an effort to serve our customers and employees in the best way possible, CedarStone Bank is addressing the Coronavirus impact. We are monitoring the situation with caution and confidence.

Here are some steps we are taking:

  • We are following precautions as provided by the CDC (cdc.gov/coronavirus)
  • Our employees have been provided instructions and guidance on prevention measures, including washing hands regularly.
  • We are actively working with our community partners, along with local and state authorities to stay up-to-date on the situation.

While we do not anticipate any disruptions, we are prepared with a comprehensive Pandemic Plan. As always, and for your convenience, we offer mobile, online, and telephone banking as well as after hours depository for our customers who are avoiding public places.
