Three Types Of Mobile Banking Available:

Send text commands (such as BAL) to your bank from your SMS-enabled phone to inquire about basic account balance and transaction history information. Receive text message responses directly to your phone.

Mobile Phone Apps
For faster access, download our free Mobile Banking app for iPhone or Android. During the Enrollment Process you will be able to download the mobile Touchbanking app from Google Play or the Apps Store.

Login to Personal Online Banking as you would normally. Once you have entered your password, the next screen will be introducing you to Mobile Banking. Select OPTIONS at top of screen to continue process. (Click on the image for larger screen)...
Scroll down to the Enrollment Option. To ENROLL for Mobile Banking, click “ENROLL NOW”. The Terms and Conditions will open in a separate browser window. (Click on either image for larger screen)...
Read and/or print the Terms and Conditions for Mobile Banking. If you agree, then click the box beside “I accept these Terms and Conditions”. Click “Continue”. The next screen to appear will be Select Services. (Click on image for larger screen)...
Step 2 - Select Your ServicesIf you have a smart phone, you may want all three services. If you do not have a smart phone, then you may only want Text Messaging. If you do not have a smart phone but can still access the internet, you may want to choose Mobile Browser and Text Messaging. There are links on the screen to help you compare the different services available and to view images of the different services. Once you have chosen the services you want to use, click “Continue”. The next screen will be Account Selection and Configuration. On this screen, please choose the time zone your phone is connected to. For the majority of CedarStone Bank Customers, this will be Central Time Zone. Once the time zone is picked, then click on the accounts you want to access via Mobile Banking. The next choice is to nickname your accounts. It defaults to numbers; however, you can change it to a word or name. There is a link to view how the nicknames are utilized. NOTE - If you wish to add an additional service to your current enrollment you will need to remove your current services and select all of the services you would like.
Step 3 - Activate Your Mobile Service
Once you have the nicknames set, click “Continue”. A text message will be sent to your mobile device with an activation code. (based on your account phone number). Click on the text message to obtain your activation code:(Click on image for larger screen)...
You will receive a text message stating the following:

The next screen will be Enter Activation Code. Enter your Activation Code to confirm your enrollment to online banking! (Click on image for larger screen)...
The next screen will be Activation Successful. It has important information that you may want to print to keep for future reference.
You will receive more text messages if you picked Mobile Browser (link to access mobile banking) and Downloadable App (link to download app). At this time, you can either click “Go to Mobile Banking Main Menu” (update any of the information you completed on the previous screens, like account nicknames) OR you can click on “Exit Mobile Banking”.
Once you “Exit Mobile Banking” you will get a screen stating “You’ve just logged out of online banking.” Close this screen to see your initial online banking landing page that lists a summary of your accounts, etc. It will still be open when you close the “logged out” window.
You have now completed the Enrollment Process.

Accessing Mobile Browser Banking:
To access Mobile Browser Banking on your mobile device go to the CedarStone Bank main website - https://www.cedarStoneBank.com and select the Mobile Banking option. (note the Mobile Banking menu option only appears on mobile devices). The Mobile Banking page currently presents 2 options - Log in and ATM branch search. Select Log in to continue.
Once you have clicked on Mobile Banking Log In screen you will have a series of screens to step thru to sign onto your account.
Your username, favorite hobby and password should have been established in the enrolement period. All three of these screen below must be answered correctly to access your mobile banking.
If you have lost this link to Mobile Browser Banking you can log in here OR - if you would like to add Mobile Browser Banking to your current Mobile Banking Options select "Add New Device" in your Mobile Banking Profile.
Once you have provided your correct credentials you be logged into your online banking and you will see your mobile banking menu options which includes view accounts, transfer money, find an ATM or Branch and log out. From here you use your mobile banking as needed.

When you click the link, it will download the application for “TouchBanking” by Fiserv Solutions, Inc. This will utilize iTunes for iPhones or Google Play for Android Phones. (You will see this information below when you are selecting your Mobile Banking Options.
If you would like to add Mobile Banking App to your current Mobile Banking Options select "Add New Device" in your Mobile Banking Profile.

Next Step - Activate You Mobile Banking App:
Click on your App and you will be required to enter your App Code: GoMobile0799 and then enter your banking username.
You will then be asked a security question and then your password will be requested to complete the process and you will land on your account screen ready for mobile banking:

Once you have enrolled and verified your Text Banking you are ready to start using Text Banking. Text banking is simple to use you simply send a command for information or service you want to receive (via text):
By entering these commands in your text command line you can request account information:
- ATM+Street or zip
- BRANCH+Street or zip
- HIST+texting accout nickname

If you ever wish to stop receiving text alerts from your account you can send the text command line "STOP" and this will stop your text communication.
