For your protection, please remember to endorse checks with your Signature and the phrase “CSB Mobile Deposit.”  Beginning June 1, 2016, any checks not endorsed properly will not be deposited.  These rejected deposits cannot be resubmitted through mobile banking and will need to be deposited at one of our offices.

Mobile Check Deposits at CedarStone Bank

Now you can deposit checks in a flash with the mobile check deposit feature available through your CedarStone Mobile Banking App! To get access to the Mobile Check Deposit feature please update or download the latest version of the CedarStone Mobile Banking App through the appropriate App Store for your device.

Once you have the latest version of our Mobile Banking app, you’re ready to deposit checks when and where you need to. Deposit directly into an eligible checking or savings account by following the prompts in the Mobile Banking App. Availability of funds deposited via the Remote Deposit Capture service using check images may vary at our discretion and generally be available according to our funds availability policy.

Your deposit is as secure as depositing checks at any CedarStone branch and you can save time with fewer trips.

Here are some FYI items to help you along the way:

1.  App Available for Android via Google Play and iPhone and iPad via the Apple iTunes Store.  If you already have the app, you will need to accept the update for the “DEPOSITS” button to be available. If you have app update auto notifications turned on, you should already know an update is available.  However, if you don’t have auto app notifications turned on, then you may need to go to My Apps and manually update it.

2.  Deposits will not automatically post to your account.  These will be reviewed by the end of the day for acceptance to process that night. Funds will be credited by the next business day.

4.  Deposits over $5,000 will not be accepted.  These will need to be brought to one of our branch locations for deposit.

5.  Cut-off time for deposits is 3:30 PM CST CST for funds to be available by the following business day.
