CedarStone Bank (in organization) Announces Locations in Lebanon and Mt. Juliet
Lebanon, TN – CedarStone Bank (in organization) has secured space in Lebanon and Mt. Juliet for its first banking offices. Bob McDonald, president of the Wilson County start-up bank, announced plans for the two offices, which should be in operation by the end of 2003 or early 2004. In Lebanon, the bank will be located in the Signature Jewelry building on West Main Street. In Mt. Juliet, the bank will be located in the Rainbow Center at the intersection of Mt. Juliet Road and Old Lebanon Dirt Road.
“We are very pleased with both of these locations because of their convenience to the residential and business community in Wilson County,” said McDonald. “As we prepare to open these initial offices, we continue the process of identifying properties on which our permanent locations will be built within the next three to five years.”
Both of CedarStone’s initial banking locations will be full-service banks. Each banking office will offer drive-up ATM facilities, drive-through teller window, night depository, safe deposit boxes and other amenities and services.
In early May 2003, McDonald announced efforts to launch a new bank in Wilson County. McDonald, who has more than 17 years of banking experienced, is the proposed president of the new bank. Joining McDonald as the bank’s Organizers and initial Directors are seven well-known Wilson County business and civic leaders: Kevin Bay; Jacqueline West Cowden; Fran Moscardelli; Bancroft O’Quinn Jr., M.D.; Nelson Steed; Brownie Vantrease, CPA; and Bobby Wood.
