CedarStone acquires Donelson Property

The board of directors and officers of CedarStone Bank announced today the acquisition of property in Donelson and construction plans to build a full-service branch to be completed in early 2016.

CedarStone Bank opened in 2004 headquartered in Lebanon with the Donelson branch office opening and leasing space in 2006 at a location formerly known as the headquarters of Gideon International, 2900 Lebanon Road.

“We have been looking for quite some time for what we would consider as the perfect permanent location for our Donelson branch office. The lot we secured a few weeks ago meets that criteria and we are excited about getting this project underway,” stated CedarStone Bank President Bob McDonald.

The building site is located at the intersection of Lebanon Road and Donelson Pike in what is described as in the heart of Donelson.

“Our Donelson branch office has grown significantly since opening in 2006 and the leased space on Lebanon Road has served us well. With our lease expiring soon we were fortunate to find this prime real estate and are excited about our bank’s future in Donelson,” added McDonald.

Michael L. Manous, R.A., founder and president of Manous Design, has designed all CedarStone Bank offices and the Donelson rendering shows the same style and appeal as the Lebanon and Mt. Juliet offices.

CedarStone Bank is a locally owned and operated community bank serving customers in the Lebanon, Mt. Juliet and Donelson market areas. For more information on CedarStone Bank, please log on to the bank’s web address, www.cedarstonebank.com
