Michael A. Moscardelli is a member of the Board of Directors of CedarStone Bank, where he serves as Board Secretary and a member of the Audit Committee. He has business experience across a broad range of fields, including manufacturing, warehousing and logistics, commercial and residential real estate, banking, and law. For over a decade, he and his brother owned and operated his family’s manufacturing business, PFP, prior to its sale to a strategic acquirer in 2018. Before his involvement with PFP, Mr. Moscardelli practiced law for several years, focusing on mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Moscardelli is active in the Wilson County community, currently serving on the Board of Trust of Cumberland University as well as the Industrial Development Board for the City of Lebanon. Mr. Moscardelli was honored as Wilson County’s “Industrialist of the Year” in 2013, is a graduate of Nashville’s Young Leaders Council, Leadership Wilson, and Leadership Middle Tennessee. He is also an active member of the Nashville Chapter of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (“EO”).
Born in Lebanon, Tennessee, Mr. Moscardelli is an alumnus of Lebanon High School, Miami University, and the University of Tennessee College of Law where he served as an editor of the Tennessee Law Review and the Tennessee Journal of Business Law. He and his wife, Katy, currently live in Lebanon with their two school-age daughters, Rachel and Ellen.
