Kevin D. Bay is an incorporator and director of CedarStone Bank.  Mr. Bay serves as Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Executive Committee, and Chairman of the Asset Liability Management Committee, and member of the Directors’ Loan Committee. Mr. Bay is President of Bay’s Southern Bread, Inc. and Specialty Breads, LLC, in Lebanon, Tennessee. 

Mr. Bay is active in the Wilson County community, having served on the boards of the Lebanon/Wilson County Chamber of Commerce and the United Way of Wilson County. He is also actively involved in Ducks Unlimited and the National Wild Turkey Federation. Mr. Bay was born in Nashville and raised in the Donelson community and moved to Wilson County in 1971. He graduated from Mt. Juliet High School and attended Middle Tennessee State University. Mr. Bay, an avid boater, is a Retired United States Coast Guard Master Captain.
