Jacqueline W. Cowden is an incorporator and director of CedarStone Bank. She serves as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors, and is a member of the Executive Committee, Asset Liability Management Committee, and the Audit Committee. Mrs. Cowden has been a business and community leader in Wilson County for many years with a professional background in retail, manufacturing, education and real estate.

She is a volunteer as a Wilson County CASA (court appointed special advocate), and attends First Presbyterian Church, Lebanon, where she serves as an elder.
