CedarStone Bank recently announced the addition of Melynda Bounds to the community bank’s Donelson office as Branch Manager.
Bounds comes to CedarStone Bank from First Horizon Financial Center, a division of First Tennessee Bank where she served as branch manager for six years.
“We are fortunate to have Melynda leading our team at the Donelson office. She is a talented banker and is excited about serving the community,” stated Bob McDonald, President and CEO of CedarStone Bank.
CedarStone recently opened the Donelson Branch with long-time community banker Willie McDonald. The elder McDonald is the father of CedarStone Bank President Bob McDonald.
“It’s exciting to be in the community bank business because we can serve our customers with dignity, respect and professionalism. Melynda will thrive in this atomosphere,” added the elder McDonald.
Bounds resides in Old Hickory where she and her husband, Jon have two children. She is a member of the Donelson/Hermitage Chamber of Commerce where she serves as a Chamber Ambassador. She is active in her church at Hermitage Hills Baptist Church where she teaches Sunday School.
