Kenneth K. Mattox Promoted at CedarStone

CedarStone Bank announced today the promotion of Kenneth K. Mattox to Senior Vice President. He will continue in his role as Chief Financial Officer.

Bob McDonald, President and CEO of CedarStone Bank, said, “Ken is an extremely talented banking professional, possessing exceptional skills. He has been a leader in the financial and accounting area of banks for over 25 years, and we are proud that Ken is a member of the CedarStone family.”

Mattox is a Certified Public Accountant and graduate of Austin Peay State University. Having formerly served as Vice President and Assistant Controller with Third National Corporation, he was also Audit Manager for Williams, Crosslin, Sparks, & Vaden, P.C., CPA’s. Prior to joining CedarStone Bank in 2005, Mattox served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PrimeTrust Bank in Nashville. He and his wife, Lori, have two daughters, Kara and Kasey.
