Lebanon, TN -- Tina Winfree has joined the management team of CedarStone Bank (in organization) announced Bob McDonald, president of the recently announced new Wilson County start-up bank. Winfree, who previously was assistant vice president and deposit operations manager at the Bank of the South in Mt. Juliet, joins CedarStone Bank (in organization) as vice president, cashier and operations manager.
"Tina is a very talented banker, who knows this community," said McDonald. "Her solid experience in financial operations and financial management will play an important role at CedarStone Bank (in organization). She will help set the pace as we build a responsive, customer-oriented community bank."
Winfree, a resident of Lebanon, has more than ten years of accounting and banking experience. In addition to her most recent position with the Bank of the South, she served as accounting manager in the regional accounting office of The Kroger Company and in accounting and bookkeeping positions with Wilson Bank & Trust. She has a B.S. degree in Finance/Economics from David Lipscomb University and is a graduate of the Southeastern School of Banking.
In early May 2003, Bob McDonald announced efforts to launch a new bank in Wilson County. McDonald, who has more than 17 years of banking experience, is the proposed president of the new bank. CedarStone Bank (in organization) expects to offer a full-range of financial services to the market area. McDonald anticipates that the bank will begin to serve the community by the end of 2003.
